Rabbi Rachel I. Salston was installed over a celebratory 4-day weekend (May 14-18) at Beth-El.  

A special guest, one of Rabbi Salston's treasured professors, Rabbi Dr. Gail Labovitz, Professor of Rabbinic Literature at the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies, along with Rabbi Emeritus Gary Creditor, did the honors of installing Rabbi Salston. 

The weekend included a Lag B'omer celebration, a festive Friday night dinner, the temple's Annual Meeting, that culminated with the installation followed by a champagne brunch in Rabbi Salston's honor.  

A great time was had by all, and the congregation looks forward to a bright future with Rabbi Salston.
