B 'rith Achim Happenings

Congregation B'rith Achim of Petersburg wishes you a happy 2026!

May the secular year be full of memories that will be cherished, both in your Jewish life and beyond! Congregation B'rith Achim enjoyed a lovely Hanukkah party complete with live music by Lynne Lapidus and Hazzan Marian Turk. If you have not heard this amazing duo, you are missing out!

Did you know that the Army Chaplain Corps is 250 years old?

Jewish Army Chaplains make up part of that history, including liberating concentration camps at the end of World War II and caring for Displaced Persons after the war. Come join us at B'rith Achim in Petersburg on Sunday, January 11th, at 2 p.m. for a program presented by Fort Lee Museums that will explore the history of Jewish Army Chaplains.

Small but mighty B'rith Achim of Petersburg holds Friday night services at 7:30 p.m. most weeks and a Shabbat morning service on the first Saturday of the month at 10 a.m.

We look forward to warmly welcoming you!
