As part of the Museum’s ongoing Strategic Planning Initiative, we recently sent out a survey to better understand what we are doing well and where we can improve.

We were thrilled with the volume of responses and are currently analyzing the results.

One early takeaway is that our Dimensions in Testimony theater is being received exceptionally well.

Respondents described it as “amazing,” “powerful,” and “AI at its best—a wonderful way to understand what happened to survivors during the Holocaust.”

One commonly mentioned area for improvement was the long-term construction of our Kristallnacht exhibit.

We’re pleased to share that the exhibit is scheduled to be fully renovated and reopened by the start of the new year.
