The Federation recently hosted about three dozen leaders of the Partnership2Gether (P2G) Hadera-Eiron-SE Consortium for a Steering Committee over several days attended by Federation CEOs, P2G Coordinators, Israeli leadership and volunteer leaders from its 10 U.S. communities.
Since 2012, the Federation has been actively engaged in P2G with community members and local Jewish institutions participating in programs to build bridges that strengthen and connect global Jewry.

This summer, for example, we hosted 8 Israeli Teens for cultural exchanges and special programs with local teens. Other programs through the years include One-to-One English training, Educator Connections and a number of others.
P2G Program Director Shimrit Orgal noted, “There were three days filled with honest conversations, thoughtful sessions, new ideas, and a shared commitment to strengthening the connections that make our Partnership so meaningful. Together, we reflected on the year that has passed, listened to the needs and aspirations of our communities, and made important decisions about the year ahead, including welcoming the Federation of Greater Naples to the Partnership family.”
She added, “We also celebrated 25 years of our Partnership – a remarkable journey of connection, friendship, and shared purpose that brings us straight into the next chapter and the year ahead. Thanks to everyone who came with their energy, ideas, leadership and heart.”

Summit sessions were held at Congregation Beth Ahabah, the Federation office and at the homes of several local community members.
The Federation is proud of our long-time association with P2G.
