Honoring Individuals for Exceptional Actions
The community’s 2ND Annual “Hope Into Action” Torch Lighting Ceremony will be held on Israel’s 78th Independence Day on April 22, 5 p.m., at the Weinstein JCC.
Each of the seven honorees will light a torch at the “tekes” ceremony on Yom Ha’Atzmaut in recognition of their exceptional actions of “bringing hope” to Israel and/or our Jewish community in the Diaspora.
This vibrant program is co-hosted by the Jewish Federation and Weinstein JCC.
