Consider hosting our Israeli summer camp counselors!
This summer, the Weinstein JCC, in partnership with the Jewish Community Federation of Richmond, will bring two female Israeli camp counselors (aka Shalichim) to Richmond to work at Camp Hilbert.
These young women have completed army or national service and are experienced (either formally or informally) as counselors, teachers, youth or childcare workers.
We are actively looking for families who would be interested in hosting the Shalichim for a 2-week period this summer. While most of their days will be spent at Camp Hilbert with our campers, they are equally excited to spend time with their host families, sharing their Israeli culture and passion.
This is a unique opportunity to connect with Israel without even leaving the country!
