JFT is keeping things warm at the JCC this winter

It’s the New Year and Jewish Family Theatre at the Weinstein JCC is gearing up for a busy winter leading into spring!

Second Stage, the youth theatre wing of JFT will be holding auditions on Sunday, Feb. 26, for their production of “The Prom” by Matthew Sklar, Chad Beguelin and Bob Martin.

Directed and choreographed by Hanna Clinton with musical direction by Elle Meerovitch, a cast of 20-plus teens will begin rehearsals in late April for a May 31 opening and a two-week run in early June.

In late March we are excited to present “Zero Hour”– the story of acclaimed actor Zero Mostel; his life and career including his iconic roles and his involvement in the blacklist of the 1950s. This production will be directed by Deb Clinton and featuring local Richmond favorite Jason Marks in this one-man tour de force. Tickets are now on sale at:
