Beth Sholom Senior Living holds Annual Meeting: Shaping our Future

Beth Sholom hosted its 2022 Annual Meeting on Sunday, Oct. 23rd –  the first in-person Annual Meeting since 2019.

It was so nice to visit with our friends and colleagues and enjoy the afternoon together.

Board Chairperson Janet Gale opened the meeting with a warm welcome and thank you to our guests.

Beth Stein, Honorary Board Member and Past Chair, performed the installation of our new board member Chris Bennett.

Chris, recently retired as a Partner in the Assurance Practice of DHG Healthcare. He has 32 years of public accounting experience and provides services to a wide variety of healthcare providers.

Admissions Manager Pat Hancock with CEO “Mo” Funk and Chairperson Janet Gale. She was honored at the Annual Meeting for her 15 years of commitment and service to Beth Sholom and will retire at the end of December.

This includes Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Independent Living Facilities, Intermediate Care Facilities for the Intellectually Disabled, Rural Health Clinics, Federal Qualified Health Clinics, Hospices and Home Health Agencies.

We are pleased to have Chris on the Board.

Morris “Mo” Funk, CEO and President of Beth Sholom, closed the meeting with his delivery of “A Year In Review” highlighting the events over the past 12 months and thanking the staff and community for their dedication and support.

Special recognition was given to Pat Hancock, Admissions Manager, for her 15 years of commitment and service to Beth Sholom. Pat will be retiring from Beth Sholom at the end of this year.
