Beth Sholom Senior Living is pleased to honor three very special team members with superlative awards.

Tita Etilo-Tulay, CNA at Parkside Assisted Living, (above) was recognized as the recipient of the 2022 Arthur Heller Employee Recognition Award. Dan Heller and his wife, Nancy, made the presentation.

The Arthur Heller Employee Recognition Award honors a non-management employee with a minimum of five years of service.  This employee must consistently place the needs of residents first and demonstrate compassion, patience, and caring.

Recipients must be in good standing as an employee, performing their duties in a manner that exceeds expectations. This award was established in memory of Arthur Heller, a beloved friend to all and a past resident of Beth Sholom Healthcare Center for 12 years. The Heller family established an annual Arthur Heller Employee Recognition Award in 2004.

It’s an award given to an exceptional employee of the Beth Sholom Senior Living Community.

Tita is compassionate, dedicated and well deserving of this distinction.

CEO Mo Funk with Employee of the Year Taylor Rollison.

Taylor Rollison, Recreation Therapist at the Healthcare Center, (above) received Beth Sholom’s “2022 Employee of the Year” Award and Kimberly Hill, LPN, Director of Nursing at Gardens Assisted Living, (below_ received Beth Sholom’s “2022 Rookie of the Year” Award.  Congratulations Taylor and Kimberly!
