The Board of Directors of Richmond Beth-El Cemetery is happy to report that the physical expansion of the new section of the Cemetery has been completed.
The cool and wet weather this Fall has helped grass to grow and the trees and bushes to become established. The walkways include circles along the way with pavers in the shape of the Star of David.
This section of the Cemetery has a park-like feel and the Directors have chosen “Chesed Memorial Park” of Richmond Beth-El Cemetery as its name. This Cemetery will allow for the interment of a non-Jewish spouse or non-Jewish partner to be buried directly next to their Jewish spouse or Jewish partner, as well as traditional Jewish burial.
We are not quite ready to start selling burial spaces, but you can contact Bette Rose Webne at email@example.com for more information.
