On Sunday, March 20, Friendship Circle of Virginia held its March Birthday Circle at Park365! There were 45 attendees including teen friends, friends with disabilities, their siblings, and parents. There were four new families who were welcomed at this event.
During March Birthday Circle, families and teens played basketball, enjoyed the accessible playground, got creative with various crafts such as sand art, sun catcher painting, activity packets and more!
There were various snacks and tasty assorted cupcakes. Each participant took home a spring themed goody bag with items they could enjoy outside during a beautiful spring day.
Walk N Roll is back!
Friendship Circle of Virginia is hosting its 2nd Annual Walk N Roll Sunday, May 22, from 1-3 p.m. at Fountain Lake in Byrd Park!
Last year’s walk brought in over 200 participants who enjoyed walking around Fountain Lake with several stops along the way with music, snacks, and water.
Following the walk is the free Friendship Fair! There will be a Richmond favorite, Jonathan Austin, as well as Kona Ice, cotton candy, and attractions. Sign up today by visiting: FCVAWALKNROLL.COM
