My name is Bella Rosner, and I am currently an intern for Capital Camps.

I am a freshman at the University of Maryland majoring in Psychology and minoring in Nonprofit Management.

This past summer, I worked as a counselor at Capital Camps, and I can confidently say it was the most rewarding experience I have ever had.

Capital Camps has allowed me to discover my Jewish identity, develop authentic relationships with my Jewish peers, and build confidence. I truly feel most fulfilled and connected to Judaism when I am at camp, and it is my hope to give other Jewish kids the same life-changing experience that I had. This upcoming summer will be my 12th summer at camp, and I am already beyond enthusiastic for my second summer on staff.

I believe that giving Jewish children a Jewish summer camp experience is one of the most important things we can do for the future of our Jewish community.

Jewish summer camp nurtures a community for generations to come and is essential for Jewish kids to develop a strong connection to Judaism.
