The Jewish Community Federation of Richmond is heartbroken for the William Fox Elementary School Community and the entire Richmond Public Schools family. We encourage all those who wish to support the school community to make a donation to the Fox Elementary Fire Response fund at Richmond Public Schools Foundation. This is the most effective way to offer help and support.

Through the Federation’s Richmond Jewish Coalition for Literacy (RJCL) https://www.reflectornews.org/…/rjcl-holding-book-drive/ we are honored to be longtime partners with Richmond Schools, impacting the lives of hundreds of students of all faiths and backgrounds through volunteer mentorship, financial and volunteer support.

We welcomed Fox Elementary into our RJCL family and are ready to work alongside the Fox community to support the children, teachers and leadership as they continue the critical work of recovery and continue to care for, inspire and educate.

Federation leadership has reached out to Superintendent Jason Kamras to express our support and offer help. We know the leadership at Congregation Beth Ahabah and our many partners have done similarly.

We are stronger together,

Ellen Renee Adams, JCFR President

Daniel Staffenberg, CEO
