Gov. Northam and First Lady host Hanukkah Reception

In celebration of Hanukkah, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam and the First Lady of Virginia Pam Northam hosted a reception at Virginia’s Executive Mansion in Richmond on Dec. 6.

Present at the annual Hanukkah event were Jewish community leaders, family members and clergy from across the Commonwealth.

The Governor and First lady delivered remarks noting their strong relationship with the Jewish community over the years.  During the reception, Rabbi Dovid Asher from Richmond’s Keneseth Beth Israel lit the candles of the Chanukah Menorah and thanked  Gov. Northam and the First Lady.

The following are a group of photos from the reception featuring our Richmond leaders and family members.
