JFS’ Lights of Love burn bigger and brighter with every passing year!
It began as an experiment that brought 50 of our neighbors a little extra holiday warmth and joy – this year, we were floored again by the community’s generosity!
With your help, nearly 125 seniors, families, and children in foster care will receive personal gifts this year along with visits from JFS staff and volunteers, 25% more than last year! The wish lists were claimed from the Menorah in the Weinstein JCC so quickly, we even finished a week early!
The gifts were wrapped and will be delivered to all the recipients by wonderful and dedicated JFS volunteers.
Thank you so much to everyone who participated this year: we were humbled by your outpouring of kindness. It is an honor to be a small part of your Hanukkah traditions!
