The Bonds Between Us is the theme for this year’s Global Day of Jewish Learning (GDJL).

Scheduled to take place on Sunday, Nov. 7, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. This is a virtual event

Day of Study

GDJL is an international day of study and unity bringing together Jews of all beliefs and backgrounds all across the world on the same day.

In addition to hosting multiple study sessions led by our incredible, local Jewish educators, this year’s event will also feature special guest speaker, Elizabeth Alexander, professor of Religious Studies at University of Virginia.

Global Day of Jewish Learning is powered by Limmud North America and locally, hosted by the Weinstein JCC and supported by the Genesis Grant of Richmond Jewish Foundation.

This virtual event is free and open to all.  More details can be found at

www.weinsteinjcc.org

The Weinstein JCC is supported, in part, by a generous annual contribution, programming grants and COVID-19 Crisis Relief Funds from the Jewish Community Federation of Richmond.
