Community Drumming Shabbat and Dinner

Science tells us that when a group of people drum together, their heart beats actually synchronize, their heart rates and blood pressure go down and they feel more connected to themselves and to each other.

It’s time to connect again and renew our sense of belonging!

Join community members for a casual and festive interfaith community dinner to welcome Shabbat and experience an interactive drumming circle with Path to Rhythm. Interfaith Mock Shabbat will be led by Rabbi Scott Nagel of Congregation Beth Ahabah on Thursday, Oct. 14 at 5:30 p.m.  Open to all; held outside, weather permitting.

This event presented with support from the Genesis Grant of Richmond Jewish Foundation.

To attend: $18 adults; $8 children 12 and under;

JCC Members: $15 adults; $5 children 12 and under
