The Jewish Community Federation of Richmond is delighted to announce the Community Leadership Institute Cohort of 2022: Julia Siegel Breton, Brooke Hyatt, Brad Kaplan, Elliot Plotnick, Cristina Ramirez, Sarah Rosner, Michelle Shapire and Shlomo Skaist.

9-Month Program

Throughout the 9-month training program, we will provide opportunities for learning, skill-building, philanthropy, non-profit finance, allocations, board and committee involvement, and more!

We will question: What is a Jewish leader? And how are we able to be the change makers in our community?

Our hope is that our fellows will leave this session with the tools needed to create their own path in our broad and lively Jewish community. These Fellows will graduate with a deepened understanding of all facets of our local and global Jewish community as well as our partnering agencies.
