Brith Achim Happenings

Summer is here and activities are in full-swing at Congregation Brith Achim – now virtual AND in-person virtually all activities.

Our live-only events in June were for fun and fellowship.  June 1 featured a Richmond Flying Squirrels baseball outing at The Diamond (please see below for getting discounted vouchers for tickets to games.)

On June 6, we held a distanced picnic at Dodd Park at Point of Rocks in Chester.  On June 20 (Father’s Day), we had a mini-golf outing at Hannover Sports Park sojourning to James River Winery (sharing the same parking lot) for a wine tasting with our ladies during one of the wineries live musical performances.

Our ongoing activities of Torah Study, Shabbat services and Coffee Kibbitz’s are both virtual and in-person.

July in-person only activities will include a July 10 restaurant outing picked by “Connoisseur Larry” and the July 31 “Military Appreciation Night” at the Richmond Flying Squirrels.

Torah Study, Shabbat services and Coffee Kibbitz’s will continue to be both virtual and in-person.

For more information on any of these activities, contact David Goldstein at drdaveg@gmail.com.
