With summer just around the corner, the Weinstein JCC Kids’ Place staff members have been busy preparing for the 2021-22 school year in the fall.

Enriching Activities

Kids’ Place offers enriching activities designed to encourage the social growth and development of children in a warm and caring after-school environment. Our program provides opportunities for children to experience art, gym games, outside play, fitness, swimming, cooking, nature and gardening, as well as, Shabbat and Judaic activities.

In addition, our program provides a nutritious snack daily and a quiet space to work on homework. Our program is designed to meet the needs of kids in grades K-5 and is led by dedicated staff who are committed to working with children in a fun and energetic setting.

Childcare

Additionally, Kids’ Place offers childcare for times when school is out including: Winter Break, Spring Break, school holidays and school closings due to weather occurrences. We provide transportation from local schools in Henrico County, City of Richmond and a host of private and charter schools.

We follow all local and state COVID-19 health and safety guidelines, therefore enrollment will be limited in the fall.
