Kehillah is Virginia’s only independent, progressive Jewish community and is served by Rabbi Patrick Beaulier and Rebbetzin Stefanie Papps, along with an amazing group of staff and volunteers.
Our mission is to inspire people socially, spiritually and intellectually, no matter who you are, where you’re from or where you are going, because you matter. For more information about how Kehillah can be part of your journey, go to https://kehillahrva.org.

Ongoing Free Grocery Cards Program
There are many people who need financial support during this difficult time. We’re doing our part as a community by giving away $50 Kroger gift cards to Kehillah members (become a member for free by joining our email list at https://kehillahrva.org/free-membership).
For every $500 we receive in donations, 10 Kroger gift cards will be given out. You can request a gift card at any time, and they are first- come, first-served.
To sign up or donate to the program, go to https://hillahrva.org/free-grocery-cards. Card recipients and donors are kept 100% confidential. One card per household, per funding round.
Purim Gift Bags
We’re excited to offer free Mishloach Manot, with goodies to help you celebrate this Purim!
Each bag will include: Hamentaschen cookies, candy, festive drinks, Purim-themed party favors, and a special Purim “home service” you can do with your family.
Signup begins Feb. 5 and ends Feb. 19. To sign up or donate, go to https://kehillahrva.org/purim-gift-bags. Bags will be delivered by volunteers on Sunday, Feb. 21. This free gift is only available to 20 people within 10 miles of downtown Richmond and Midlothian. One bag per household.
